Exclusive Rewards

Eligibility

  • Eligible users who register on TxFlow and complete Access Code verification will be automatically enrolled in the New User Exclusive campaign. (Users who register through a referral link will have the corresponding Access Code automatically bound to their account.) Once enrolled, participation cannot be canceled or withdrawn. (Your account funds will not be affected.)
  • The New User Exclusive campaign is valid for 7 days from enrollment. All tasks must be completed and rewards claimed within this period. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
  • Each wallet address may only participate once. Operating multiple addresses will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all associated rewards.

Deposit

  • Net Deposit is calculated as the total USDC deposited on-chain to the Perp Account minus the USD value of all assets withdrawn on-chain from the Perp Account.
  • On-chain deposits may take time to confirm. Allow adequate lead time before the snapshot deadline — late arrivals will not be credited.

Trading Volume

  • Only Futures Taker volume generated after you join the campaign will be counted. Spot, maker, and self-trade volume are excluded. Trading volume from fees reimbursed with Fee Credits does not count.
  • Trades between the same address as both taker and maker shall be regarded as self-trading. Trading volume generated through self-trading or any transactions identified as self-matched will be excluded from the campaign.
  • Wash trading, volume manipulation, collusive or matched trading across multiple accounts, Sybil activity (operating multiple addresses to gain an advantage) and/or any other actions deemed fraudulent or manipulating by TxFlow, at its sole discretion, are prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.

Reward Distribution

  • The rewards (Fee Credits) are limited to eligible users on a first come first serve basis.
  • Rewards (Fee Credits) become available to claim after all tasks have been completed. Rewards must be claimed manually before the campaign ends (refer to the countdown timer on the campaign page). Rewards will not be distributed automatically. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
  • Rewards (Fee Credits) will be available in the Fee Credit Center after being claimed and will remain valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Fee Credits cannot be used after expiration.
  • 1 Fee Credit = $1 in perp trading fee reimbursements. Fee Credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and may only be used to offset eligible trading fees on TxFlow.
  • If a user participates in multiple campaigns organized by TxFlow at the same time, TxFlow reserves the right to award only the campaign with the highest reward value. Rewards from all other eligible campaigns may be forfeited.
